Adding Notes for Contacts
How to Add Notes in AgentMoves

Keeping track of your interactions with clients is crucial for staying organized and maintaining strong relationships. In AgentMoves, the Notes feature helps you log important details and conversations directly within a contact record — making follow-ups and client management much easier.
Adding a Timestamped Note
To add a note:
Open a contact record.
Click the pencil icon to create a new note.
Type your note and hit Save.
Each note is automatically timestamped with the exact date and time it was added. This lets you easily see when you last updated a contact or had a conversation with them. You can also edit the note later if you need to make changes.
Timestamped Notes vs. General Notes
You may notice two types of notes in the contact record:
Timestamped Notes: These are activity logs that track your ongoing interactions.
General Notes (on the left panel): These are static notes meant for permanent reminders — things you always want to remember about a contact, but that don’t need a timestamp.
In short, use timestamped notes to record activities and general notes to store key details you’ll always want handy.
By using both effectively, you can stay organized, document every client interaction, and never lose track of important details.
