This SOP outlines the steps to collect and manage video testimonials using the AgentMoves platform, ensuring a streamlined process for team members.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Video Testimonials Section 0:00
Navigate to the Reputation section in AgentMoves.
Click on Video Testimonials to access the guide.
Step 2: Create a Video Collector 0:13
Click on Create to start a new video collector.
Enter a Public Collector Title (e.g., 'We'd love to hear from you').
Personalize the collector with a friendly agent's profile image (16x16) and name.
Step 3: Customize Collector Details 1:05
Optionally, add your company logo (preferably square format).
Customize the welcome message to encourage users to share their stories.
Step 4: Set Up Questions for Testimonials 3:00
Include questions like:
'Tell us about your experience.'
'Would you recommend us?'
