Wealth Equity Property Reports with Manus in Agentmoves
Creating an API Key and Automating Home Equity/Property Wealth Reports
UPDATE: We have renamed this report to a Property Wealth Report. This change affects the naming of the custom fields as well as the workflow names.
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to create an API key for Agent Moves and automate the generation of home equity reports using Manus API.
Key Steps
1. Access Settings and Integrations 0:00
Navigate to your settings.
Click on 'Integrations'.
Select 'Build with Manus API'.
2. Create Your First API Key 0:11
Click on 'Go to Configure'.
Select 'Create your first API key'.
Name your key (e.g., 'Agent Moves').
Click 'Create'.
3. Copy and Connect API Key 0:35
Copy the generated API key.
Go back to your settings and select 'Integrations'.
Scroll down and click 'Connect'.
Paste the API key and save it.
4. Verify Connection 1:09
Ensure that the status shows 'Connected'.
If not, repeat the connection process.
5. Start Automation 1:34
Navigate to 'Automation' and select 'Create'.
Choose to create a new workload from scratch.
6. Add Trigger for Automation 2:04
Click 'Add Trigger'.
Set the trigger condition (e.g., contact tag as 'Home Equity').
7. Define Manus Action 2:38
Choose the action (e.g., 'Create a Task').
Prepare for a wait step as the task may take time.
8. Input Task Details 3:08
Paste the prompt for the Home Equity report.
Specify the project if applicable.
Select 'Adaptive' task mode and set quality to 'Strong'.
9. Fill Required Information 4:21
Input the property address using custom values.
Ensure fields for purchase year and month, and purchase price are available in Agent Moves.
10. Save Action and Add Wait Step 5:21
Click 'Save Action'.
Add a wait step (suggest waiting for 1 hour).
11. Update Notes with Report Link 5:59
Add a note with the share URL of the created report.
12. Notify Yourself 7:14
Set up an internal notification to review the report once ready.
13. Conditional Step for Contact Fields 8:17
Add a conditional step to check if the contact has the required fields filled (address, purchase price, purchase date).
14. Test Automation with a Contact 9:07
Test the automation by adding a contact with all required fields.
15. Monitor Task Creation 11:14
Check Manus to ensure the task is created and processing.
16. Review and Download Report 17:14
Once the report is generated, review it.
Download the report as a PDF.
17. Upload Report to Client File 17:39
Upload the report to the client file in the system.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure all required fields are filled in for the contact to avoid automation failures.
Double-check the API key for accuracy before saving.
Tips for Efficiency
Use descriptive names for API keys to easily identify their purpose.
Regularly check the status of your API connection to avoid disruptions in automation.
