Editing your SMS or Email Review Request Message
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to edit SMS and email templates used for sending review requests to contacts in the active deals pipeline.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Automation Settings 0:00
Navigate to the 'Reputations' section on the left side of the dashboard.
Click on 'Settings' to access the automation settings.
Step 2: Locate SMS and Email Settings 0:30
Under the settings menu, find the sections labeled 'SMS' and 'Email'.
Review the default messaging templates provided.
Step 3: Edit SMS and Email Templates 0:55
Click 'Edit' next to the template you wish to modify.
To change your name in the message, delete the existing name and replace it with your first name if desired.
