Navigate to the Contact Page

Your AI bot works uniquely for each contact. In order to view the training widget, you must be on a single contact page

Start a simulated conversation

Inside of the "Start a conversation with your bot" input you can type any message and it will begin to simulate responses. 

Train / Edit Responses

To edit a response and add it as a new FAQ, you can hover over the response and choose the Add icon to the right of the message. Make any edits to this response and click Add to save the response to your knowledge base.
